Our research aims to explore the potential of using deep learning technology in cancer and health data analysis. Our study will involve the development and evaluation of deep learning algorithms for analyzing various types of cancer and health data, including medical images, genomic data, and electronic health records. We are seeking talented and highly motivated individuals who possess strong character and have competency in machine/deep learning, including natural language processing, biomedical image analysis, and reinforcement learning. In addition, we expect candidates to have strong experience with programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and JavaScript. We are seeking a candidate with skills in Python, PyTorch, Javascript, and SQL. Knowledge of React and Angular is an advantage, as well as a basic understanding of deep learning. This project is suitable as a master’s thesis or for a project researcher and has a possibility of extension.
Position available starting March 15th 2023 or immediately, and lasts for four months with a salary of 2000€/month.
